Queen Conch: Making a Comeback or Curtailed by Irma?

In the Florida Keys, harvesting queen conch has been banned since 1985 due to over-fishing. Since then, the state of Florida has been monitoring their recovery. Justin will be detailing the FWC’s efforts to restore the queen conch population over this time, leading into how Hurricane Irma affected the population.
